Healthy Living


Most of us know so much already about healthy living, the challenge for us is acting on what we know. Our busy lifestyles can be hard on our health and well being. We are in a rush to school and work that we easily get into habit of eating unhealthy food and snacks. It is important to consciously decide to follow a healthy lifestyle.

Today I will give three tips to help to us start on our way.

·        Ensure you get no less than 30 minutes’ walk or exercise each day. Regular physical activity is essential for healthy growth, development.

·         Drink more water: water is the best way to quench your thirst. Aspire to take at least 8 cups of water a day.

·         Eat fruit and vegetables daily, it boosts energy and reduces the risk of some chronic diseases and infections.
